ATHENS, Texas—On the final weekend in June, 9 union volunteers from Worldwide Union of Elevator Constructors (IUEC) Native 21 braved the warmth and humidity to assist rebuild a dilapidated fishing pier on the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Middle (TFFC) in Athens, Texas.
